GTA V rounds off 2014 as the number one game on Xbox One

GTA V Heists PS4 Screen (10)

The final week of 2014 sees Rockstar Games' remastered Grand Theft Auto V hit number one in the charts.

Christmas week in the Xbox One charts has seen some shifts for some of this year's big titles. Perhaps it's all that last-minute shopping in time for Christmas Day that's brought some of the most talked about titles up in the chart standings.

To finish off 2014 we see GTA V has moved into first place, knocking the Christmas number 1 - Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - down into second.

Assassin's Creed: Unity, FIFA 15, and The Crew hold steady in the same positions as last week, whilst Far Cry 4, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Forza Horizon 2, and Destiny move up. Minecraft, like CoD, moves down in place.

The top 10 games in the UK for Xbox One, according to the Chart Track games charts as at 27th December 2014, are below:

1 GRAND THEFT AUTO V

2 CALL OF DUTY: ADVANCED WARFARE

3 ASSASSIN'S CREED: UNITY

4 FIFA 15

5 THE CREW

6 FAR CRY 4

7 HALO: THE MASTER CHIEF COLLECTION

8 MINECRAFT: XBOX EDITION

9 FORZA HORIZON 2

10 DESTINY
