Griffiths wants run of games
Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths is hoping to get a run of games for the Bhoys after finally being handed a chance to start for the club on Saturday.
Griffiths played against Ross County, but was unable to hit the back of the net in the 0-0 draw. It was a frustrating result for the club, but the former Wolverhampton Wanderers man is hoping that he did enough to stay in the team.
"We'll all score goals at times but it's about getting that run in the side and hopefully I've done enough to get a start on Thursday as well," Griffiths said to the Belfast Telegraph.
Celtic want Ciftci
Celtic are eyeing up a January move for Dundee United striker Nadir Ciftci, according to a report in the Daily Record.
The Bhoys haven't looked their most clinical in front of goal this season and Ciftci has reportedly been identified as someone who could improve their cutting edge.
Rangers boss Kenny McDowall admits that their 4-0 defeat to Hibernian could have been even worse.
The Light Blues fell to a humiliating loss to Hibs on Saturday and McDowall was making no excuses for the result.
"The only positive I can take at this moment is that we managed to keep it to four," he said to the Belfast Telegraph after the match.
