Sanchez, Chambers & Debuchy react on Twitter to Arsenal's West Ham win

The Gunners took to social media in celebration of their 2-1 triumph at Upton Park on Sunday.

Arsenal ended 2014 with a win at West Ham United on Sunday afternoon, though it was no comfortable victory for the north London side.

Up against Sam Allardyce's high-flying Hammers, Arsene Wenger's men ground out a 2-1 win thanks to a quickfire double from Santi Cazorla (from the penalty spot) and Danny Welbeck.

Cheikhou Kouyate scored for the home side after half-time and West Ham ran the Gunners close. Alex Song, meanwhile, had a first-half goal against his former side disallowed for the Hammers.

It was Arsenal, though, who celebrated in the end, perhaps leaving Big Sam to rue the fact that he rested several West Ham players against Chelsea but ended up losing both to the Blues and Wenger's side.

And Arsenal's stars quickly took to Twitter to celebrate their final result of the year. Alexis Sanchez (above), Calum Chambers and Mathieu Debuchy all shared their celebrations, while Mesut Ozil and Lukas Podolski - who didn't feature - also tweeted...
