The German World Cup winner is a free agent in the summer.
It is no secret that Arsenal reportedly want Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira. The German World Cup winner starred in Brazil this summer, putting his injury troubles behind him to put in an excellent display.
His contract at Real Madrid expires next summer which has seen many people link him with moves across the continent, including Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger himself is known to be growing tired of being asked questions on the matter of Khedira in interviews over the past few months while Carlo Ancelotti maintains that for now Khedira stays.
However that does not exclude the facts. Khedira is available to talk to any foreign team from January over a free transfer in the upcoming summer. With no new deal at Real currently in sight, he looks set for the exit.
Khedira himself has recently stated a desire to remain at the club, but the fact remains that his contract is expiring and Real are becoming restless.
In fact, according to Marca, they already think he has agreed a move elsewhere.
Unfortunately for Arsenal, they think that team is Bayern Munich.
A report in the Spanish paper yesterday, which has strong links with the La Liga leaders, says that Bayern are ready to exact revenge on Real for taking Toni Kroos away in the summer by bringing in Khedira to strengthen their midfield area.
If Bayern have already agreed a deal with Khedira, then Arsenal's chances of bringing him to The Emirates have just plummeted.
