Defender Richard Foster has been described as one of the worst players ever to wear a Rangers shirt by some fans on Twitter after their side's 4-0 loss at Hibernian on Saturday.
Rangers' defeat was their biggest to Hibs in 102 years, with Foster being particularly error prone during a disastrous display.
And Kenny McDowall struggled to take anything positive from the game...
"I'm hugely disappointed, especially for our support who were here today. Obviously, finding yourself 2-0 down after 12 minutes isn't an ideal start," caretaker boss McDowall told Sky Sports after the humiliating defeat. "I think the best team won and I don't have any excuses at all.
“Normally you get a response when there is a change in management but that didn’t happen for us today. I can’t take anything away from Hibs, they were the better team and wanted it more than us today.
“It’s very easy to say we should have responded differently when we went a goal down and yes things should have been different."
And one of the chief architects behind Rangers' demise at Hibernian was Foster - a defender fans did not take to kindly on Twitter after the 4-0 loss. Here are the best (and worst) supporter reactions...
In a totally dire #Rangers side Richard Foster takes it to a new low! Abysmal. Apparently the last time Hibs scored 4 against us was in 1964— Ian Fisher (@billytf) December 27, 2014
