Three wins… Predicting Celtic’s festive period results

As the Scottish Premiership enters the busy festive period, we take a close look at Celtic’s next three games against Ross County, Partick Thistle and Kilmarnock.

Celtic v Ross County (Saturday)

Celtic will head into the Scottish Championship clash against Ross County on the back of a 2-1 shock defeat to Dundee United away from home.

It will be interesting to see how the Bhoys bounce back, but given that the game is at Celtic Park and County are second from bottom in the league table, the Glasgow giants could register a comfortable win.

Prediction: 4-0

Partick Thistle v Celtic (New Year’s Day)

Celtic should be favourites to win against Partick Thistle despite being away from home, but Ronny Deila’s side are likely to be put through a stern test.

The Bhoys are likely to concede, but they should still have enough quality to get the better of their hosts at the Firhill Stadium.

Prediction: 1-2

Kilmarnock v Celtic (January 5)

Just like Thistle, Kilmarnock are going to give Celtic a run for their money and will score, but the Scottish champions should still win.

The Bhoys have the best squad in Scotland, and that will show at Rugby Park.

Prediction: 0-2
