Here's a look at the latest transfer news...
Paulinho to Inter?
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho is wanted by Inter Milan, report The Mirror. The Brazilian cost Spurs £17 million two summers ago but he is not in favour under Mauricio Pochettino. The paper claim Inter's director has flown to London for talks, and want to take him on loan until the end of the season with a £12 million option to buy at the end of the season. The midfielder will not however be eligible for Inter's Europa League matches against Celtic as he is cup-tied.
City want Mandzukic
Manchester City are interested in the striker Atletico Madrid bought to replace Diego Costa, report The Star. They claim city want to pay £25 million for the former Bayern Munich hitman, who was linked to Arsenal before moving to Spain. Atletico are unlikely to want to let him go however, as he has managed 14 goals in 22 games in all competitions this season. City have Sergio Aguero out potentially until the end of January with injury.
Veretout to Arsenal?
Arsenal are interested in Nantes defensive midfielder Jordan Veretout, The Mirror claim. A French under-21 international, Veretout has a reported £4 million release clause in his contract. The Ligue 1 star has an impressive six goals and five assists for the club this season, and he seems like a typical Arsene Wenger signing, but whether he is the proven star the Gunners need is another matter.
Jermain Defoe is back in England to try and secure a return to the Premier League, report The Mail. QPR are lead contenders for his signature, but the paper report they face competition from relegation rivals Leicester City. Defoe's £60,000 per week wages present a stumbling block, but MLS side FC Toronto are willing to let him leave at the right price.
