Predicted Burnley and Liverpool line-ups - Tough choices for Dyche and Rodgers

Match to be played on Friday 26th December 2014 at 15:00. Venue: Turf Moor, Burnley.

Burnley have an opportunity to climb out of the Premier League’s bottom three when they take on Liverpool this Boxing Day.

Sean Dyche’s men fought well in their last game against Tottenham Hotspur though they couldn’t quite do enough to take anything from the game.

It’s been a difficult start to the season for the newly promoted side and they need to start putting points on the board quickly if they want to avoid being in a scrap heading towards next springtime.

For Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers will be hoping the team can carry forward a little bit of momentum.

The side have gone two games unbeaten following defeat against Manchester United and will be buoyed by Martin Skrtel’s late equaliser against Arsenal last weekend.

A good run of results this week and next week will set the side up well and propel them closer to the top six.

Here are the possible teams each boss could go with.

Burnley: Heaton, Trippier, Keane, Shackell, Mee, Boyd, Marney, Jones, Arfield, Ings, Barnes

Liverpool: Jones, Toure, Skrtel, Sakho, Henderson, Lucas, Gerrard, Markovic, Coutinho, Lallana, Sterling
