Neil Redfearn will have taken plenty of positives from Leeds United's 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest on Saturday evening.
A rare point away from home is nothing to be upset about, while there were several encouraging signs for the Yorkshire side - especially after half-time.
Redfearn still has plenty to ponder, however, and two under-performing stars in particular will worry him.
Firstly, centre-back and skipper Jason Pearce has been well below par recently and many Leeds fans can't quite put their finger on why he seems to look worse every week.
Giuseppe Bellusci must certainly replace the 27-year-old, even if just to give him the kick he needs to up his form, but, if the Italian remains unavailable for selection, there are other options Redfearn can consider - 19-year-old Dario Del Fabro being a prime example.
In midfield, meanwhile, Tommaso Bianchi has been similarly underwhelming for Leeds lately.
Like Pearce, the Italian needs dropping even if only on a temporary basis. He lost his man far too easily at Forest and has looked nowhere near the specialist passer he started the season out as.
