Burnley v Liverpool (Boxing Day)
Liverpool couldn’t have asked for an easier game on Boxing Day, they simply couldn’t.
Burnley are currently third from bottom in the Premier League table and look like they will go down back to the Championship at the end of the season.
Even playing away from home against Sean Dyche’s side, Liverpool should be favourites to register an easy win.
Liverpool v Swansea City (Monday)
Swansea City will pose a bigger threat than Burnley, but playing at Anfield will give Liverpool an advantage.
There have been positive signs about Brendan Rodgers’s side of late, and if they win against Burnley on Boxing Day, then they should be able to get the better of Swansea.
It was not be easy against the Swans, though, but Liverpool do have a superior team.
Liverpool v Leicester City (New Year’s Day)
Like Burnley, Leicester City also look like that they are doing down, and Liverpool will be pleased to kick off the New Year with a home match against the Foxes.
The Merseyside outfit should not take Nigel Pearson's side lightly, though, but anything other than a home win will be a surprise.
Liverpool have struggled to score goals in recent weeks, but this game could see them bag two or three.
