The Bhoys midfielder was speaking after his side's 2-1 loss at Dundee United.

Celtic midfielder Stefan Johansen has apologised to fans following the SPL champions' 2-1 loss to Dundee United on Sunday.

The result leaves United just four points behind Celtic, ending the Hoops' winning run.

And Johansen has said sorry for letting the fans down at the weekend, admitting it is harder playing away from home.

“The fans were fantastic at Tannadice and it was a joy to play in front of them so I’d like to say sorry that we couldn’t win," the Celtic midfielder said in light of the Hoops' loss at Dundee United.

“It’s different playing at home. Our fans are great on the road but I hope they give it a good atmosphere at home too."

Johansen added that 'small details' in training will make the difference when Ronny Deila's side try to get back on track against Ross County.

“It’s small details but, speaking for myself, I had a chance and some in the last game, so we need to work on these details in training. It’s the small things that make the difference," the Norwegian said.
