Tottenham are reportedly joining the race to sign Galatasaray left back Alex Telles.
Tottenham signed Ben Davies from Swansea for £10m this summer, but that doesn't seem to have ended speculation linking them with moves for left backs.
On Sunday night it was Aston Villa's Aly Cissokho being touted as a possible target for Mauricio Pochettino's men, and today it's Galatasaray's Alex Telles.
Telles, 22, has long been tipped to be one of Brazil's next big things having emerged with Juventude before really making a name for himself with Gremio.
His fine form for the Porto Alegre side earned him a move to Galatasaray almost a year ago, with the Turkish giants forking out €6m to sign him.
Whilst he's impressed there, Galatasaray need to raise funds in order to try and keep Wesley Sneijder at the club, and could be willing to sell Telles next month.
Tottenham aren't the only side monitoring Telles though, as Eurosport Turkey speculate that Juventus and Roma also want to sign him, along with Inter, Real Madrid, Sevilla and even Flamengo back in his native Brazil.
Galatasaray have already rejected a €6m bid from Juventus, meaning Tottenham would have to make a bid above that price to have any chance of landing him.
A quick, attack minded left back, Telles is young and highly rated, but any Tottenham pursuit would pose questions about the future of Danny Rose, whilst surely Benoit Assou-Ekotto has to leave sooner rather than later.
