Mowatt, Warnock and more: Leeds players react on Twitter to 1-1 draw

Leeds United drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest on Saturday, a result many of their players later commented on.

Leeds United ensured they did not make it three defeats in a row as Neil Redfearn's side left the City Ground with a share of the spoils on Saturday.

Nottingham Forest took the lead when Matty Fryatt netted shortly before the interval and he could have had two more were he not controversially flagged offside on both occasions.

Not that Leeds were complaining, after Billy Sharp scored from the penalty spot to ensure his side took a point back to Elland Road.

Leeds recently lost to Ipswich Town and Fulham, and Redfearn has spoken of the need for his side to toughen up away from home.  He will be pleased with their latest result but he will also know they were extremely lucky to have only conceded one goal.

After the match a number of Leeds players took to Twitter to express their feelings about the result.

Jason Pearce, Lewis Cook, Stephen Warnock and Liam Cooper all acknowledged how tough it is to take a point away against Forest, while Leeds' left-back hailed both Cook and Sharp as "outstanding".
