Celtic suffered a 2-1 defeat to Dundee United at Tannadice Park in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday.
Nadir Ciftci put United in the lead after just five minutes when he found the target from close range.
Celtic had two quick chances thereafter through Stefan Johansen and James Forrest, before the home team’s Jaroslaw Fojut had a header saved.
John Guidetti came close for the Bhoys on the stroke of half time, and Forrest had a chance in the opening minutes of the second period.
United scored their second goal in the 65th minute when Stuart Armstrong headed home a Ciftci delivery.
Celtic threatened a comeback when Leigh Griffiths turned in Kris Commons’s pass in the 87th minute and then hit the post in injury time, but United held on for the final minutes to wrap up the three points.
