Celtic boss Ronny Deila analyses Dundee United’s playing style

Ronny Deila looks ahead to today’s Scottish Premiership clash between Celtic and Dundee United.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila is expecting a tough match against Dundee United today.

The Bhoys will take on the Terrors at Tannadice Park in the Scottish Premiership and will be looking to make it nine wins in a row in the league.

The Glasgow-based outfit will head into the clash as the favourites and will be determined to extend their lead at the top of the table.

However, Deila believes that it will not be easy for his Celtic players to win against the hosts.

“They are an improved team and have had a good season so far,” Celtic’s official website quotes the Norwegian as saying. “They have a lot of points and have played many good matches.

“I like the way they play football. They defend hard with a good team spirit and they are very direct in their play. They are also very good on the counter-attack and they score a lot in set-plays as well.

“They have a lot of young players and they sold players for good money while still keeping the team up and that’s the sign of a good culture and a good club. So it’s going to be a very tough game on Sunday and that’s good.”

Celtic are currently four points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
