Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in Rennes winger Paul-Georges Ntep.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is said to be keen on strengthening his wide areas, bringing in new players and potentially saying goodbye to the likes of Andros Townsend and Aaron Lennon, and the latest report suggests Ntep could be one potential target.
The Frenchman has played 31 times for Rennes, scoring 11 goals and providing five assists in that time; prior to that he featured 62 times for Auxerre, scoring 20 goals in 63 matches.
There were reports earlier this year that Tottenham’s North London rivals Arsenal were keen on bringing the player to the Emirates Stadium prior to his move to Rennes.
But now it looks like Spurs are moving forward to sign a player with a reported release-clause of just £3.5million.
