When your closest rivals win 3-0, you're usually under a lot of pressure to maintain your position in the league table.
What a run they are on and what a season they are having.
Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing were West Ham's goalscoring heroes against Leicester City on Saturday afternoon but it was another all-round performance that did the job for the Hammers.
Although, according to co-chairman David Gold, West Ham were far from their best.

As Gold rightly points out, though, the win against Leicester ticked all the boxes and keeps the momentum going for Allardyce's men.
The going gets tough for West Ham to finish 2014 off, however, as a visit to Chelsea is up next - on Boxing Day - before the Hammers host Arsenal at Upton Park two days later. But the east London side certainly have every chance against both local rivals...
