A round up of news stories this morning about Chelsea.

Oscar says Chelsea will end the year by sending a message out to their rivals.

The Brazilian has suggested the best message to send for the club would be finishing top of the Premier League.

“It is good for us if we can be at the top of the league when the year ends. It means we begin 2015 where we want to be, and sends out an important message,” said the midfielder.

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech feels the current crop of players can become the best side ever.

Chelsea are looking good for silverware on four fronts this season.

“This team has the potential and the quality to become one of the best teams in Chelsea's history if it proves it by winning the trophies,” said the goalkeeper.

Chelsea owned Fernando Torres could move to Atletico Madrid on loan this January.

The Spanish striker has been on loan with AC Milan in Serie A, but has been tipped to re-sign for his old side until the end of the season.
