The Liverpool boss was full of praise for the 20-year-old - who finally showed signs of life!
The Reds beat the Championship leaders 3-1 at Dean Court, with a double from Raheem Sterling adding to Markovic's strike.
And Rodgers thought the 20-year-old Liverpool star was 'outstanding' against Eddie Howe's men, even suggesting that he could be the creative 'solution' the boss has recently been seeking.
"I think slowly we're getting there. I've said that my teams have shown here at Liverpool that, as the season goes on, they get better and better. There are a lot of players adapting," Rodgers told reporters after his side's 3-1 win at Championship-leading Bournemouth.
"You saw young Markovic tonight - he gave an outstanding performance. I'm looking to find solutions to make us more creative, because we haven't been that at all this season and that's the mark of the team."
