Swansea City

Swansea City boss Garry Monk has confirmed that Wilfried Bony and Ki Sung-Yueng will face QPR on January 1st.

The Swansea duo are set to leave Wales for international tournaments next month with Ivory Coast and South Korea respectively.

But Monk has confirmed that Bony and Ki will face the R's first.

"The QPR game will be the last for both of them," the Swansea boss told reporters.

"I think some of the players are meeting up at the end of December but they will stay with us for QPR and we then plan for them to be away throughout the competitions."

West Bromwich Albion

Meanwhile, West Brom boss Alan Irvine has been discussing his side's biggest shortcoming so far this season ahead of their visit to QPR at the weekend.

"We've had clean sheets which are a big help. We managed to get a goal - and our problem in games has been a lack of goals," the West Brom boss told reporters.

"We clearly are aware of that - and we're doing a lot of work to try and address that. We feel that if we create enough opportunities we have players who can score."

QPR host West Brom at Loftus Road this Saturday at 3pm.
