And the Magpies star is under no illusions as to where he performs best within Alan Pardew's setup.
“For me, my best position is in the middle. After the manager decides if I play centre midfield or right or left, I work hard at it," the France midfielder is quoted as saying by the Newcastle Evening Chronicle.
