Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has expressed his delight with his side’s progress to the semi-finals of the League Cup.
The North London outfit got the better of Newcastle United 4-0 at White Hart Lane in the quarter-finals of the competition on Wednesday.
Kane was among the goalscorers, and so was Nabil Bentaleb, who broke his duck for Tottenham in his 34th competitive appearance.
England Under-21 international Kane was understandably overjoyed with the win and hailed his teammate for his strike.
Tottenham will take on Sheffield United in the semi-finals for a place in the final, which will be held at London’s Wembley Stadium.
