Aberdeen defender Shalum Logan has sent a message directed at Celtic's Aleksandar Tonev.
Aberdeen defender Shaleum Logan has told Aleksandar Tonev to 'do the time', after his racial abuse ban was upheld.
Celtic's Tonev was banned by the Scottish Football Association for seven games in October, and today a tribunal decided to uphold the verdict.
Tonev was accused by Logan of racially abusing him during a match in September. He is currently on loan from Aston Villa.
After the verdict, Logan sent a message out via Twitter directed at Tonev.
Celtic issued the following statement in response to the verdict:
"Celtic Football Club is extremely disappointed by the outcome of the Scottish FA's appeal tribunal. We will be approaching the Scottish FA to seek to address this issue."
