German daily tabloid Bild has reported that Borussia Dortmund have already made contact with the agent of Arsenal linked Paulo Dybala.
The £31 million rated striker has been linked with a move to the Gunners this winter, but Bild suggests it’s Jurgen Klopp’s BVB who have made the first move over a possible January deal.
The reason behind Arsenal’s interest in the striker is confusing considering the number of forwards Arsene Wenger has to choose from.
However, if the interest is accurate then Arsenal have a lot going for them in terms of being competitive in trying to sign him.
Arsenal are well backed financially and meetings with agents are not uncommon when rumours start over possible big money deals.
Arsenal could hold their own talks with his agent where they can stress a list of reasons why they are a better proposition for the youngster than BVB.
It shouldn’t be a major surprise that Dortmund are being linked with some extremely exciting talent considering their difficult start to the season and their need to start climbing the table quickly.
However, it certainly doesn’t rule out Arsenal from getting him altogether.
