Birmingham City youngster Demarai Gray produced a ruthless display in front of goal as his side crushed Reading 6-1.
The result showed the impressive turnaround at the Championship side, just six weeks after they were hammered themselves 8-0 at home to Bournemouth.
Young prospect Demarai Gray was instrumental in midfield, scoring three goals from just three shots.
Gray was playing in his preferred central attacking midfielder role, and netted twice in the first half and his third right after the restart.
Amazingly before the game, Gray had scored just once in the Championship this season from 30 attempts!
Saturday was a match in where everything came together for the Blues, and where Gray lived up to his star billing.
The 18-year-old's contract expires in June, and a host of top clubs are said to be eyeing his signature. If he cannot be convinced to stay, Birmingham may have to consider cashing in during January.
Should that be the case, he has added to his price tag with his display against the Royals, and shown intererested clubs Liverpool and Newcastle what he is capable of when it all clicks into place.
