The club hero heaped praise on the SPL winners' midfield talisman.
And one man in particular impressed the 36-year-old: skipper Scott Brown.
Brown was in fine form for the Bhoys as he scored twice within the opening 20 minutes for Celtic.
And Nakamura - a man who knows a thing or two about impressing for the SPL champions - hailed the midfielder's 'great presence.'
"We came back to visit people who were nice to my family and to see the game," Nakamura told Celtic's official site.
"There was good play and Brown was great today. I feel lucky to have played here. Brown has a great presence on the pitch and for his team. He runs a lot for his team."
"The level of everything at Celtic is high. I have played in Spain, Italy and Japan but nothing like here."
On his Celtic memories, Nakamura said: "The goal against Manchester United [in the Champions League] was great."
