Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur star Carlo Cudicini ‘not impressed’ with Arsenal’s Santi Cazorla

Cazorla And Podolski

Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini did not appreciate Santi Cazorla’s ‘panenka’ penalty against Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday.

Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini was not impressed with Santi Cazorla’s cheekiness on Saturday.

Spain international midfielder Cazorla had one of his best games for Arsenal this season as he scored twice against Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium.

The 30-year-old was one of the best players on the pitch and capped his performance with a ‘panenka’ penalty in the 88th minute.

While everyone watching the game was left amazed with the skill, Cudicini was not too appreciative of Cazorla and made his view clear on social networking site Twitter.

While Cudicini has a point, it is not all the time that someone does what Cazorla did. The former Villarreal and Malaga star took a risk, and he pulled it off.

Cazorla should be praised for doing what he did against Newcastle, not derided.
