This evening sees Arsenal take on Newcastle United at The Emirates, hoping to put the defeat to Stoke City last weekend behind them and get their top-four march back on track.
For one player it will be a particularly interesting fixture.
Mathieu Debuchy joined Arsenal this summer for a fee in the region of £12 million. He was snapped up as replacement for Bacary Sagna, who had joined Manchester City on a free transfer.
Debuchy of course left Newcastle United to make the move to North London.
He joined The Toon from Lille as part of the French revolution at St James Park in January 2013. He cost the club £5.5 million to pry him away from Lille and he went on to play 46 times for the club in his 18 month stint.
Today he gets to face some old faces, but will be doing so from a rather unusual position. Debuchy is set to start at centre-back for Arsenal because of injuries and suspension.
His former Newcastle team-mate Papiss Cisse is probably licking his lips at the prospect.
