Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Alex Pritchard has been nominated for the England Under-21 Player of the Year award.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at Championship outfit Brentford and has been in impressive form so far this season.
In 20 Championship appearances so far this campaign, attacking midfielder Pritchard has scored three goals and created 45 chances, while winning 52% of his duels, having a pass accuracy of 78% and a shot accuracy of 42%.
Pritchard was drafted into the England Under-21 squad in August and has proved to be a valuable member of Gareth Southgate’s team since then.
The youngster is rated very highly, and his development at Brentford is only going to help him establish himself in the Tottenham first team when he returns to White Hart Lane at the end of the season.
