Phil Jones and Angel di Maria are back training for Manchester United.
The Sun report: "United’s £59.7m winger Angel Di Maria is back in training and has an outside chance of playing some part against Liverpool on Sunday. Phil Jones is also back training after suffering a shin injury which has restricted him to just four games this season."
It's a huge boost for the Red Devils, who take on their rivals who beat them home and away last season.
Liverpool's defence has looked shaky all season, and Angel di Maria's pace, creativity and goal threat could cause them major problems.
More will become clear from Louis van Gaal's press conference later as to what possible role the Argentine could play in the contest.
Jones' return is also timely, with defender Chris Smalling going off injured in Monday's win over Southampton.
With Jonny Evans making his return too, United's defence could be looking stronger than it has done for weeks heading into the contest. Jones had won 100 per cent of his tackles made this season prior to injury.
