Celtic fans were thoroughly unimpressed by the display of Virgil Van Dijk against Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League last night.
With Virgil Van Dijk attracting the attentions of a host of clubs across Europe, it seems that his departure would not disappoint every Celtic supporter.
The Dutch defender has been heavily linked with a move away from Parkhead in January, but he has failed to impress some members of his current club's fan-base.
Van Dijk struggled last night at the heart of the Celtic defence as the Scottish champions lost 4-3 to Dinamo Zagreb and many Bhoys supporters have suggested that the side would be better off cashing in on him.
Although Van Dijk remains the most high-profile player in Ronny Deila's current squad, his lack of desire was a frustration for many last night.
A few were questioning whether the 23-year-old has had his head turned by the interest, while others simply feel he is overrated.
Whatever the reason for his poor performance, he was well below his best standards - even if the result didn't entirely matter the Celtic.
The Bhoys have already qualified from their Europa League group, but they would have liked to have got something from the match yesterday to provide them with some confidence heading into the knockout stages.
Their attacking performance was certainly good enough, but their defence clearly needs work and Van Dijk has not escaped criticism.
Here is the best reaction to Van Dijk's performance from Celtic fans on social media site Twitter.
