Championship predictions: Derby to keep lead, Leeds held by Fulham

Elland Road Revie Stand

Derby County to beat Middlesbrough, Leeds United to draw with Fulham and plenty more.

It’s an extremely important Friday night and weekend for teams in the Championship, with the potential for important points all over the country.

Derby are the side to beat at the top of the table and they face a difficult game against Middlesbrough as they look to protect and improve on a very slender lead.

There’s drama further down the table with Ross McCormack returning to Leeds United, with just a point separating the sides that will meet at Elland Road.

Brighton, Wigan and Blackpool are the sides sitting in the bottom three as things stand, with Blackpool the furthest away from safety on 12 points. A win for Brighton should be enough to help them out of the bottom places.
