Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has expressed his delight with the return to action of defender Kyle Walker.
The England international right-back make his first appearance in nine months when he started Spurs’ Europa League Group C clash against Besiktas in Istanbul.
Walker gave a good account of himself in the 1-0 defeat to the Turkish giants, and Pochettino was pleased with the 24-year-old’s display.

The defeat to Besiktas means that Tottenham finished runners-up in Group C, having already qualified for the round of 32.
Pochettino has now urged his players to forget about the Europa League and focus on the domestic competitions.
