Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has welcomed the return to action of teammate Kyle Walker.
England international right-back Walker is set to make his first appearance in nine months when he starts against Besiktas in the Europa League this evening.
The 24-year-old had been sidelined with an abdominal injury, but he has now fully recovered and will start in Istanbul.
Just minutes before the start of the Group C match, Belgium international centre-back Vertonghen posted the following message to his teammate on social networking site Twitter.
Tottenham midfielder Ryan Mason also posted a similar message on Twitter.
Tottenham have already booked their place in the round of 32 in the Europa League. A draw against Besiktas tonight will see them seal top spot in Group C.
