Napoli defender Bruno Uvini has been told to find a new club, as he prepares to head back to the Italian side.
Uvini has been on loan at Santos, but with that deal set to expire at the end of December, he faces a big decision.
The 23-year-old signed on a two-month trial with Tottenham in 2012, brought in by Harry Redknapp, but the club elected not to take up their £3.1 million option to sign the centre-back.
The defender landed up securing a move to Napoli instead, but has made only one appearance in Serie A since signing.
He was sent back on loan to Brazil where he has played 19 games and scored once for Santos, but the club are no closer to signing him permanently.
Italian website TMW report Napoli have no intention to bring him back to play for the club, with Rafa Benitez confident in his current options. He has been told to look for a new club in Brazil, to get his career back on track.
With his European experiment proving a failure on both counts at Spurs and Napoli, it's what he needs in order to play regularly again.
Captain of the Brazilian side which won the under-20 World Cup in 2011, Uvini clearly has talent, but risks it being wasted unless he finds the right side where he can kick on and start to make good on his potential.
