The Newcastle United boss was speaking to the press ahead of his side's visit to Arsenal.
The Magpies travel to Arsenal for Saturday's late kick-off and will be without Elliot, who injured himself against Chelsea, meaning 21-year-old Jak Alnwick will make his first Premier League start for the club.
Aarons and Santon have been on the comeback trail for some time now, meanwhile, but won't be fit in time to face Arsenal.
Those developments leave Newcastle in exactly the same position they were ahead of the Chelsea clash, revealed Pardew.
"Rob Elliot will be out for six or seven games. Jak Alnwick will start in goal at Arsenal and we wish him well," the Newcastle manager told reporters.
"There will be no Rolando Aarons or Davide Santon. We are pretty much where we were for Chelsea in terms of injuries.
"Arsenal has not been a happy hunting ground for us in recent years. The games at St James' Park have been tight and we hope this one is too."
