Conservative MP Nigel Mills was photographed playing King.com's game whilst he was supposed to be engaged in a pensions meeting.

Have you ever been busted playing games at work? Well, that's exactly what has happened to the MP for Amber Valley. BBC News reports that images were published by the Sun newspaper of an MP playing Candy Crush Saga during a Commons committee hearing.

The images were of MP Nigel Mills sat in a Work and Pensions Committee meeting discussing pensions. In the image on the Sun's website you can see the MP sat playing Candy Crush on his iPad.

Mr Mills is said to have played the game over a two and a half hour period.

Mr Mills did confess to playing the game and said that he "probably had a game or two" but he was "fully engaged".

The meeting was being held for the committee to take evidence on pension reforms from pensions and insurance representatives before the Autumn Statement is issued.

Speaking to the Sun, Mr Mills said:

"There was a bit of the meeting that I wasn't focusing on and I probably had a game or two.

"I shouldn't do it but if you check the meeting I would say I was fully engaged in asking questions that I thought were particularly important in how we get the pensions issue right. I shall try not to do it in the future."
