Hull City player Ahmed Elmohamady has been speaking about the club’s current struggles, stressing that he feels the Tigers will pull clear of relegation troubles in due course.
In quotes published by the Hull Daily Mail, he said, “We are confident that we will move up the table.
“Week in, week out you play and if you get the result and the three points you will suddenly be around the middle of the table. Everyone is so close to everyone now.”
Hull are currently in the bottom three after only managing a draw against West Bromwich Albion at the weekend.
In other news, Hull’s under-18 side lost 3-2 to Bradford City in their most recent outing.
The club’s official website reports that goals from Jake Buckle and Jarrod Bowen could not prevent the young side from suffering a defeat.
They next face Brentford in the third round of the FA Youth Cup tomorrow evening.
