The Hull City forward had been linked with a Newcastle United return - but the Frenchman clarified his situation on social media.
Hatem Ben Arfa yesterday sought to 'clarify' his transfer situation, amid reports he could be set to rejoin Newcastle early.
The Hull loanee was reported to have had a bust-up with boss Steve Bruce, meaning the coach was prepared to terminate his loan and see him rejoin Newcastle.
But Ben Arfa says he is happy at Hull, has no problem with his coach, and has instead chosen to blame Jean-Michel Larque, a member of the French press, for the Newcastle rumours.
"Hello everyone!! I just wanted to clarify my situation, I have no problem with my coach," Ben Arfa wrote on Instagra, of his situation at Hull.
"This is someone that I love that I respect and I admire!! I saw that Jean-Michel Larque is still into me without knowing the truth!!!
"There is no problem and I do not want one!! If you want to get in touch so that we talk there is no problem taking care of you my friend."
