CONFIRMED: Aston Villa and Leicester City line-ups

Here is how Aston Villa and Leicester City will line up for this afternoon’s match:

Aston Villa starting XI: Guzan, Hutton, Okore, Clark, Cissokho, Sanchez, Westwood, Cleverley, N'Zogbia, Agbonlahor, Benteke

Aston Villa subs: Given, Lowton, Herd, Richardson, Bacuna, Grealish, Robinson

Leicester City starting XI: Schmeichel, Simpson, Wasilewski, Moore, Konchesky, Mahrez, Cambiasso, James, Schlupp, Vardy, Ulloa

Leicester City subs: Hamer, Drinkwater, King, Albrighton, Powell, Nugent, Wood

Aston Villa welcome Leicester City to Villa Park this afternoon in a match the Foxes will be desperate to win having seen themselves slip to the bottom of the Premier League table.

It all seemed so different when Leicester defeated Manchester United 5-3 earlier in the campaign, but that currently looks like being the highlight of a faltering campaign.

Villa are 13th in the table and are unbeaten in their last four matches. They also have Christian Benteke fit and firing again, so with Christmas fast approaching it could be a happy time for Paul Lambert and his players after all.

They certainly need the Belgian international given their poor form in front of goal in recent times, while Leicester will be hoping their own goal-scoring extraordinaire Leonardo Ulloa gets back to what he does best after suffering a worrying and untimely slump.
