Leicester City have reportedly bid £7.9million for Croatian striker Andrej Kramaric.

The 23-year-old has scored 28 goals in 27 club appearances this season and has been strongly linked with Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.

However the Daily Mail claims Leicester have made the first move with the player likely to leave in January rather than for free just a few months later.

Tottenham are in need of additional fire-power and the young forward could be the perfect addition for a relatively cheap price…if they are willing to make a move of their own.

In other news, Turkishfootball.com has picked up on claims from newspaper Sabah that Tottenham are interested in Besiktas manager Slaven Bilic; this despite the presence of Mauricio Pochettino at White Hart Lane.

We may need to take this report with a pinch of salt but it is fair to say the Spurs boss’s start to life in North London has not gone completely according to plan. But claims Tottenham have reached out to the Croatian manager’s representatives still seem unlikely at this stage.
