Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has highlighted the main problem with his team’s performance against Crystal Palace today.
Spurs headed into the Premier League clash against the Eagles as the favourites, but they were held to a goalless draw.
Both teams had chances and both could have scored, and in the end they shared the spoils.
Lloris was busy throughout the match as he was called into action on many occasions. The France international has given his initial analysis of Tottenham’s performance.
Hugo: "It was a tough game. Palace were strong but we didn't find solutions." pic.twitter.com/WdcGax5BeI— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) December 6, 2014
Hugo: "We didn't find space and were slow with the ball. We have to keep going as there are a lot of games coming up." On Spurs TV soon.— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) December 6, 2014
Credit must be given to Palace for making it tough for Tottenham, but the home team will still be disappointed with the final result.
Tottenham went into the match on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and following this draw, their chances of a top-four finish have taken yet another blow.
