Newcastle United inflicted Chelsea's first defeat of the season in dramatic fashion this weekend.
Two goals from Papiss Cisse gave Alan Pardew's side a seemingly unassailable lead with just 12 minutes to play, but Steven Taylor's dismissal and Didier Drogba's late strike suggested the Blues would fight back.
However substitute goalkeeper Jak Alnwick, who replaced Rob Elliot at half-time, was in inspired form to keep Jose Mourinho's side at bay.
The result comes hot on the heels of Chelsea's 0-0 draw away to Sunderland and suggests the Blues will not have things all their own way as they attempt to reclaim the Premier League title.
As for Newcastle, they got back to winning ways in the best possible style, and deserve all the credit they get in the days ahead.
