Ravel Morrison could be loaned to Burnley or Leicester in January - report

Ravel Morrison low quality

The West Ham star could be loaned straight back out after an unsuccessful spell at Cardiff.

Burnley and Leicester could be set for a transfer boost in the January transfer market, according to the Daily Mirror.

Indeed, West Ham United are reportedly looking to loan Ravel Morrison out during the winter window, with the Clarets and Leicester City seen as the perfect targets for the 21-year-old to join.

Morrison's West Ham career so far has failed to live up to any sort of expectations and he has also recently spent yet another unsuccessful loan spell at Cardiff City this season.

In the young midfielder's defence, however, he has been plagued with injuries during Cardiff's Championship campaign and has thus been unable to make an impact.

Whether Burnley or Leicester will actually be interested in Morrison is also another matter entirely. Perceived attitude problems have hindered the 21-year-old's career, which affected him at Manchester United and are still said to be affecting him at West Ham.

Should either Premier League side want to take a chance on him, though, the Hammers look set to farm him straight back out once he returns to Cardiff.
