EA will roll out their January update in a few weeks, so who should move up for Manchester United?

It's not a surprise that McNair is rated lowly right now given that he was nothing more than a reserve before facing West Ham back in September.
Yet his rise to the first team and subsequently impressive displays mean that he should be in line to receive an upgrade, and a look at his current attributes suggests that he should be rated higher in a number of areas, including heading accuracy, speed, stamina, strength, jumping, interceptions, marking and tackling - which should send him up into the high 60's overall.

Much like McNair, Blackett has emerged as a first team contributor having been in the reserves, and his versatility to play at left back and centre back has been important for Louis van Gaal.
Blackett deserves upgrades in his strength, speed, marking, tackling and heading accuracy, which would be a fairer representation for a player who has shown his potential on a number of occasions already this season.

Shaw took a while to get going at United due to injury worries, but when he returned to full fitness, he began to prove why United forked out £27m for him this summer.
You could certainly make a case that Shaw showed enough last season to warrant being rated higher than 75 overall, but he's shown that he should be given increased stats for his speed, acceleration, crossing and attack positioning to truly show his ability in the final third.
Current Overall: 79
Projected Overall: 81
Much like Shaw, Spanish midfielder Herrera struggled initially due to injuries, but is now starting to show his class in a previously pedestrian United midfield.
Improving Herrera's passing, dribbling, ball control and vision would be the best way to make in-game Herrera seem more like his real life counterpart, and that should take him to around 80 or 81 overall.
