Chelsea midfielder Ramires left a lengthy message on social media site Instagram after having to watch their 3-0 victory against Tottenham Hotspur from the stands.
Ramires has been ruled out of the Blues' last two matches because of an injury complaint and this is something which is still frustrating him.
"Very sad for not having played the last two games because of a thigh muscle pain that is being very persistent and we don't wanna make it worse," Ramires wrote on Instagram.
"But I am very happy to have seen up close our great victory over Tottenham! I hope to get better as soon as possible to get back on the field and help my teammates! Come on Chelsea!"
Ramires had one of the best views in Stamford Bridge as he watched his team pick up a dominant victory.
Goals from Eden Hazard, Didier Drogba and Loic Remy provided Chelsea with the three points and meant they consolidated their commanding position in the top of the Premier League table.
It leaves Ramires fighting a tough battle to break back into the team, even when he is back to full-fitness.
In his absence, Chelsea have shown their strength in depth and continued to impress - extending their unbeaten streak to 14 league matches.
The Blues' next match comes against Newcastle United this weekend and Ramires will be hoping that his injury problems will have healed up enough to give him the chance to play in the fixture at St. James' Park.
