Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is delighted with the victory over Leicester City away from home in the Premier League on Tuesday.
The Reds got the better of the Foxes 3-1 at the King Power Stadium to maintain their challenge for a top-four finish in the league this season.
Visitors Liverpool fell behind in the 22nd minute when Leonardo Ulloa’s shot hit the post and bounced off the back of goalkeeper Simon Mignolet's head.
However, Brendan Rodgers’s side launched a stirring comeback and equalised through Adam Lallana in the 26th minute.
Gerrard himself scored the second on 54 minutes and Jordan Henderson ascertained the points seven minutes from time.
Liverpool are now eighth in the Premier League table with 20 points from 14 matches, five points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
