Mourinho: no offers received for Petr Cech

The Chelsea goalkeeper has been linked with a move away ever since being demoted to the bench, with Thibaut Courtois now the club's number one goalkeeper.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has again said the club has received no offers for goalkeeper Petr Cech, with speculation continuing the stopper's future.

Cech has been linked with several clubs including Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain ever since becoming the club's number two goalkeeper behind Thibaut Courtois.

The Chelsea boss was also asked if captain John Terry was going to stay at the club beyond this season, which appeared to receive a short shrift.

He said: "It is not the time to speak about it but he knows what I think and feel, the board also knows - and I don't feel the need to share with you."

With Diego Costa suspended for tomorrow night's clash with Spurs, Mourinho said he has the same kind of trust in Didier Drogba and Loic Remy as he does in the Spain international.

It will be interesting to see which player he opts for, given Drogba's record when he has deputised it will be hard to overlook him, but Remy is a different forward altogether.

There are no fresh injury worries for the side as they prepare to take on Tottenham, who haven't won at Stamford Bridge since Gary Lineker played for them, with the now Match of the Day presenter scoring the winner on that day.

Mourinho quipped: "Tomorrow he can't."
