A selection of the latest stories involving Tottenham Hotspur this Tuesday evening.

Tottenham defender Vlad Chiriches has yet again been linked with a move to Serie A with the Evening Standard reporting that his representatives are to hold talks with as many as three Italian clubs.

Roma, Inter Milan and Napoli have all reportedly expressed their interest in the out of favour Romanian defender, who has not been able to make an impression during Mauricio Pochettino's time at the club.

The Standard's article suggests that Roma have been interested in Chiriches for a while, saying the expressed their interest during the most recent transfer window.

Napoli and Inter are reportedly interested in an initial loan deal until the end of the season, before making the move permanent.

Spurs forward Harry Kane has been looking ahead to tomorrow's trip to Stamford Bridge, where Spurs look to end their retched record at Stamford Bridge.

Kane has said that the side have come a long way since their last visit to take on Jose Mourinho's side, where they were on the wrong end of a 4-0 thrashing as a result of a woeful second half performance.

He's quoted in the Evening Standard, saying: "We had to look at each other, dust ourselves down and really push on. I think since then we've done well.

"This is a new season now, we've got a great bunch of lads and I think we're all together and we'll take that into the game on Wednesday."

Mauricio Pochettino told reporters ahead of the game that Kane has earned his place in the starting XI, and has been impressed with the young striker's performances, and isn't surprised with the rapid progress he appears to be making.

He said: "In the pre-season we felt that he would improve. He listens a lot and his mentality is the right mentality for improving. He's still young but his potential is massive."
