Chambers looking forward to Southampton reunion

On Wednesday night, Arsenal face Southampton at the Emirates Stadium in a bid to build on Saturday's 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion.

The game sees defender Calum Chambers face his former club for the first time in the league, and having spend almost all of his career with the Saints, he says he's excited to play against them.

"I’m really excited," said Chambers. "We played Southampton in the Capital One Cup a few months ago and that was a really good game for me. It will be a bit weird because I was at the club for 12 years but I relish the opportunity."

Wenger predicts return for Thierry Henry

Monday saw former Gunner Thierry Henry leave Red Bull New York in search of a new challenge, and speculation naturally linked him with a return to the Emirates Stadium.

Manager Arsene Wenger is sure that Henry is going to come back to North London in some capacity at some point - possibly even now.

"This was the best moment certainly of his life and of his career, was experienced here," Wenger told the press. "Certainly one day he will come back here. In what role I don’t know, that is what he has to think about: what direction he wants to give to his next life."

Campbell targeted by Benfica

Despite starring for Costa Rica at the World Cup, young forward Joel Campbell has barely featured this season, and is unsurprisingly set for a move away from the Emirates Stadium.

A host of Premier League clubs are believed to be monitoring Campbell, but reports in Portugal suggest that Benfica have lined up Campbell as a possible January signing.
